Around 2 months ago I was in New Zealand and visited this amazing restaurant. When I walked into Kazuya it looked very simple and elegant like a Japanese restaurant. I went to Fortnum Mason in K11 the new shopping mall in TST twice in the last weeks. When you walk into Fortnum mason you enter a shop with wonderful cookies and chocolates. This is a really fun Cantonese Yum Cha restaurant. All the dumplings have fun special designs and cute faces. I really loved the design, but they also taste really good. My all time favourite are the dumplings with egg custard dumplings – yummy!!! You can even book a cooking class and make your own dumplings. Make sure you try this restaurant when in HK! Stunning Restaurant for a special occasion! It is a small restaurant. You sit around a bar. The fresh food is laid out and you can select what you like. There was fresh seafood, fish, vegetables and wagyu beef. Then two cooks who sit in the middle grill the food on the charcoal grill and serve them with delicious sauces. In Hanoi we cooked our dinner ourselves! We went to a fantastic cooking school in an old Vietnamese villa. The cooking teacher was very friendly and thought us several Vietnamese dishes: Green Papaya Salad – This salad was very refreshing. Issaya is a Thai restaurant. If you don’t like spicy you need to be very precise and let them know. Once for lunch and had delicious dim sum, I have to love the sweet dim sum desserts (egg tarts, deep fried dumplings with Nutella filling, Mochis and sesame ice cream). The oysters at The Twins are so good and presented in a very special way! There was liquid nitrogen which was super cool as it was covering the whole table like clouds. Another dish was sea urchin which was tasty but not my favourite. We also ordered grilled octopus and it was delicious I just loved the food in The Twins it is all lots of scrumptious types of food. Buenos Aires Polo Club - Brunch on the Dragon Boat Festival Public Holiday on 7th June. I enjoyed a fantastic brunch at the Buenos Aires Polo Club in the heart of LKF. Amber is a really nice restaurant. When I came into Amber the door looked like a wall but then it opened I found that really cool - it was as though Amber was a secret restaurant. The waiters explained the menu very nicely. The full amber experience is really worth it.
