This is a fantastic Chinese Cantonese Restaurant. I am here the second time.
The view is very cool as you can see all the lights on the Bund.
I tried the Huadiao drunken chicken and foie gras. Deboned chicken thigh marinated with Shaoxing rice wine and foie gras pate coated in chilled kumquat puree. The dish is delicious!
I also tried the Chinese vinegar glazed Australian beef rib. The meat it so soft that it melts on your tongue! if you like beef you should definitely try this!
The dessert was amazing. It was a chocolate peanut with caramel parfait, crystallized peanut, salted chocolate sauce.
