For this many Mini-Miche review I am at Taylor shellfish. Taylor Shellfish is an oyster and seafood restaurant. I was going to go here for a starter and to a Japanese restaurant for a for a main course.
So I came to Taylor and had six oysters, I had three different kinds of oysters. The first oyster was slightly salty but not too much to overpower had a nice consistency and was fresh the second one was less salty and seemed quite similar but was just slightly sourer it was the French Gillardeau Oyster and the third one was my favorite. It had the perfect saltiness and balance between sour and salty and no salt and saltiness, so it was my favorite. It was called the Hiroshima Oyster.
To drink I had a nice cold ice lemon tea.
