PORK COLLAR

For this recipe I invented it myself by making a sauce with kinds of food that I like.

I bought the pork collar from a butcher shop called Bones and Blades

I used lemon, soya sauce, honey, balsamic, olive oil (Mallafre oil from Euro Link Global Limited) and sea salt. You just mix the ingredients and then marinate the pork collar over night and then fry the pork in a pan and pour the sauce on top.

VOILA! Perfecto! Now taste the DELICIOUS porky!
