Wooloomooloo Prime– Hong Kong

For my mum’s birthday we went to a very cool restaurant called Wooloomooloo prime. The restaurant is in Nathan Road in TST. You get into the lift and go to the top floor (21st). When you come out of the lift the restaurant you can step on a lovely terrace with a beautiful view.

We had a table in the corner with giant glass windows. The view was stunning you could see the sea and lots of buildings.

The food is amazing in Wooloomooloo prime. I recommend the scallops for starter followed by the beef wellington as main course. The beef wellington has a pastry rapped with a big piece of foie gras, parma ham, truffle and mushrooms around a perfectly cooked medium rare beef. The beef melts in your mouth and is not chewy at all. Nice and juicy too! The combination, beef, pastry, foie gras and truffle tastes so amazing. And then for dessert I had a chocolate cake that melted in the middle. Mmm… one of my favourite desserts. My mum and dad also loved the souffle with passion fruit sauce and the cheesecake.
