Today I tried the dim sum library in pacific place. The theme is quite modern, with black and gold. Foodwise it was delicious!
I tried 3 dishes, first I tried Yu Xiang crispy pork dumplings. They looked quite elegant as they were charcoal colored, but most importantly the taste was fantastic, with the soft pork and you must try it!
After that I tried black garlic Siu Mai with shrimp and pork. I loved the garlic inside! It had a slight tang of balsamic vinegar and a mild sweetness that resembles rich molasses with the complexity and umami notes of soy sauce.
Lastly, my favorite was the chicken with truffle. The skin was crispy and the meat tender and moist with a strong truffle flavor. It was divine!
