The Nobu is part of a restaurant chain that originated in Stockholm. The Nobu had an modern and Japanese design and you had a panorama view of the harbor.
I went to the Nobu for brunch, during this brunch I had free flow drinks and the set menu. I tried a couple of drinks such as the ice tea.
To eat I first received the sushi platter, there were 2 salmon, 2 shrimp, 2 tuna and 4 rice makis with avocado and cucumber. The sushi tasted very fresh and had lots of flavor.
After that I ordered the oysters which were delicious, they were not too salty and they also gave a perfectly sized portion of 6 oysters.
For my main course I ordered Beef Tenderloin Yuzu Truffle. It was quite heavy but the meat was cooked to perfection, the meat was soft and flavorful, with a touch of sourness.
For desert I the matcha mochi ice cream. It was a matcha mochi with matcha ice cream in the middle. It was rather delicious, and the matcha ice cream was not too strongly flavored.
I recommend that you bring a cardigan and also that you take a look at the view from the balcony.
